  • Your order arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described
  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Downloadable digital products after access has been granted
  • Items marked as final sale on the product page
  • Shipping costs (unless the error was ours)

How to Request a Refund
